[IDD #BOD-498311]: upstream data feeds

Hi Ken, 

Please direct your feed to our machine:

idd.unidata.ucar.edu


I suspect we ~may have you move back over to idd.cise-nsf.gov, as it is much 
closer to you, but for the time being, please feed from:

idd.unidata.ucar.edu

We are still investigating the issue at idd/atm-cise-nsf.gov
