[IDD #ZVB-359573]: ldm latency statistics

Hi Waldenio,

I apologize for the slow reply.  We were at the AMS meeting in Seattle,
Washington, so responding to support email has not been as fast as we would
like...

We are aware of the problem and are trying to figure out why the plots are
not complete.
