[IDD #PGJ-802823]: request for approval of LDM data receiving

OK.  It will be important for DNS to be setup for your Windows machine at
a minimum. The reason is that we had to hardwire a name definition in our
/etc/hosts file so that the ALLOW in ~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf could be used.  If
your machine's IP address changes, we would be forced to change the 
addition to our /etc/hosts file; this is something we do not want to do.

The OK shows that the request made by 'notifyme' was honored by 
idd.unidata.ucar.edu.
This means that you should now be able to add the REQUEST line I sent in a
previous email to the ~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf configuration file and then 
stop/restart
your LDM.  After doing that, data should start flowing.
