I am unable to contact borg5.ncdc.noaa.gov (IP: 205.167.25.133) using
'ldmping' or 'notifyme' from my workstation:

gale.unidata.ucar.edu <-> 128.117.156.80

Since I did not get a denial indication, I assume that my requests
to port 388 are still being blocked by your firewall.
