[IDD #OWF-669902]: NOAA/SRH machine FNMOC REQUEST from uni19.unidata.ucar.edu

I just checked the set of active, direct connections on uni19.unidata.ucar.edu,
and I see that the previous connection from a machine identified as
srh-nat-general.srh.noaa.gov is now gone.
