[LDM #GLG-935498]: CONDUIT GFS data

OK, I got back in after seeing this note.

Observations:

- I did not see any "Processed oldest product" messages in the current
  LDM log file

  Very good.

- I did see that the load average was way higher than I expected it to
  be

  This appears to be a result of the McIDAS DMBIN data monitor (dmbin.k)
  chewing up CPU.  If I had the 'mcidas' login on rainbow, I could disable
  this data monitor and see if things run smoother after it is not running.

  Disabling any McIDAS data monitor is done from the 'mcidas' account as
  follows:

  <as 'mcidas'>
  cd $MCDATA
  decinfo.k SET DMBIN INACTIVE

  ps -eaf | grep DM

  It could take up to a half minute for DMBIN (dmbin.k) to exit.
