[LDM #FLC-412827]: Request for upstream feed suggestions for ldm servers at TAMU ATMO

Hi Gyorgyi,

In addition to what Steve sent in a previous email, we recommend that you
setup one of your machines to REQUEST any/all of the data feeds from
two upstream relays, and then relay the data to your other machines
internally.  This not only cuts down on long haul network bandwidth
use, it also lessens the load on the upstream relay machines.
