Yes, it does place it in the processed dir. Did you forget the -doall argument?
Here is what I do:
$ tclsh ../../build/generate.tcl -doall -allfilename bigfile.html
$ ls ../processed/bigfile.html
../processed/bigfile.html*
-Jeff
