[IDV #EVV-153730]: level III access via ramadda and other nuggets

Humm, I got a "No gridded data found" when trying the level3 from the IDD area.
I'll come by today.

We do have that ability but its a crappy UI that we are in the middle of making 
better. From a display control go to Edit->Display Settings. This dialog allows 
you to choose the properties of the display you want to use and then choose the 
displays to apply the properties to. You can also save the display settings and 
they show up in the field selector.

We are redesigning this gui as we speak so maybe I can use you as a guinea pig 
this week?
