[IDV #FGK-734512]: How to write city locations file?

This bug is fixed now. For location displays you can export the locations as 
our xml format.

Also - one of our colleagues mentioned that he had tried to contact you to find 
out what 
group at NMC are you affiliated with. He said you have not responded. Could you 
please respond
to us as to your affiliation?
