Download the latest nightly build from:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/idv/nightly

and select "Aggregate WRF netCDF grids by Time" for the Data Source. 

Please note that we strongly recommend post processing the WRF data before 
reading it into the IDV.  See the FAQ item at:
