[IDV #XKV-108804]: RE: [IDV #RVM-523961 Problem Loading first guess fields with point data.

Hi Walt-

Thanks for the clarification.  Guess I should have asked that first. ;-)

The problem was that we were looking for altitude on the buoy obs and it's not 
in the dataset.  I put in a fix and it will be in the next nightly release 
(Monday). 

BTW, I'm looking into your question about the missing obs.  I think it's just 
that we aren't passing the obs to the decoder.
