[IDV #FUU-413159]: Why can't I load this NCDC data?

Hi Jerry,
     When you load a dataset in the IDV, you need to let the IDV know the type 
of this dataset. To do this, you can pick the specific data type in the drop 
down menu of the "Data Source Type". I tested the sample data you attached with 
the data type as "Radar files", no problem at all.
