[IDV #PYH-734212]: Problem getting GFS data to load

Hi Murray,
    It sounds like the network connection issue to me, the general guideline is 
to subset the data to limit 
the size of the data transferring over the network. You can subset the region 
if you don't need to see the whole region, and you can also apply strike to 
either dimension, the same strike can be applied to the time dimension.
