[Support #OOD-935953]: Right-clicking on chart produced by data probe/time series gives a different menu in Windows than other operating systems. [1001]

Hi Becky,
        I would expect the SSEC developers to  have some consideration of the 
limit resources in the Unidata side when you sending tickets. By saying so, I 
would like to see some coordinated effort to put into each ticket, either 
trying to solve the problem first, and/or to work together on the ticket.
