[IDV #VSX-789960]: Install issue

Thanks Terrence, I'll bring Andy into the conversation and hopefully we can get
this fixed up (I'll take you off the following messages unless we need your
assistance, unless you want to keep up-to-date on the situation).

Andy, would you mind trying the following to see if this fixes the issue?

You will need to edit the runIDV.bat file to switch from using opengl to
directx (the error indicates an issue with the version of the nvidia opengl dll
file, so let's see if switching to direct x will fix it).

If you open runIDV.bat in a text editor, look for line 41 which should read:

jre\bin\java -Xmx%idv_memory%m ...

Add REM to that line such that it reads:

REM jre\bin\java -Xmx%idv_memory%m ...

Then, on line 46, remove the REM such that it reads:

jre\bin\java -Xmx%idv_memory%m -Dj3d.rend=d3d -jar idv.jar %*

Save runIDV.bat and try launching the IDV again.

Let me know how this turns out. Cheers!

Sean
