[IDV #MKS-440988]: Creating display of percentile value

First you don't need any additional library. After you loaded 
CCTM_V5f_Linux2_x86_64pgf.ACONC.V5f_20060801, you will see the dataset subset 
panel in the lower right conner of the Field Selector tab (where you choose the 
formula). My question is if you see the Ensemble tab in this subset panel, if 
not, then the IDV did not see the ensemble dimension, and you can not use that 
formula.
