[IDV #LLH-849248]: error to load and represent the data

Ashwinee,

The problem, from what I can tell, is the output data from this model are not CF
compliant.

Can you work with the authors of RegCM to ensure the data are CF
compliant? Otherwise, the IDV will not be able to display these data.
