[IDV #LNI-268663]: IDV "Show Viewpoint Toolbar"

FYI, we also have a "How to Navigate in the IDV Display" Video here
http://goo.gl/n0Frpb. Let us know if you see discrepancies with what that video
describes and what you are seeing. And, of course, all the mouse movement are
configurable via the Edit --> Preferences.
