[IDV #XPY-248639]: Office 2013 and IDV 5.0



Julian,

My guess is you have a 64 bit machine, though you should verify this:

http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windows7/ht/windows-7-32-bit-64-bit.htm

Please download and install the latest version of the IDV corresponding to your
operating system.

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/idv/current/index.jsp

After installation, open a Command Prompt window.

Run the program

C:\Program Files\IDV_52\runIDV.bat

What errors do you see?
