[IDV #OUW-309680]: Error accessing catalog

Very interesting, if I entered 
"http://thredds.ucar.edu/thredds/idd/forecastModels.xml";, I didn't see
the redirect, and it worked. But https works in the browser, I need to check 
with Jen to find out
what is the configuration behind the apache.
