[IDV #LWL-545155]: Saving "Grid Coverages..." data into a .zidv file



Instead of the individual datasets,  you probably can use the best time
series. You do
need to create the display before saving the zidv, the data in the zidv
is associated with the displays.
The zidv doesn't do the spatial subset, only the time subset.
