[ldmMcidas #PTY-212318]: No binaries created in ldm-mcidas installation

Status update:

ldm-mcidas v2008 has been built and installed on uila.  I included
entries in ~ldm/.bash_profile needed to set environment variables
needed to build this version of ldm-mcidas, and then commented
the entries.  The .bash_profile additions are:

I copied the executables I think you will need/want to the newly
created ~ldm/decoders directory:

I copied McIDAS files SATANNOT and SATBAND to the ~ldm/etc
directory for future use with the 'pnga2area' decoder.
