Subject: Re[2]: 19990114: Feed type for Nexrad level 2 data

Well, since the only users currently are us and Oklahoma, we have time to change
this to something reasonable.

Currently, the headers are as follows:

-N2 YYYYMMDDHHMMSS IIII nnn nn [E]

Where:

-N2 is used to distinguished Nexrad Level 2 data from other EXP data, and can be
        removed.

YYYYMMDDHHMMSS - is the time of the volume
IIII - is the radar station id (for example KATX)
nnn - is the volume number
nn - is the product number within this volume (stars with 0)
E - only appears on the last product of a volume scan

Here are two examples:

-N2 19990119175406 KATX 153 0
-N2 19990119174814 KATX 152 43 E

I am open to any all all suggestions as to a redesign of the name space.
