This is strange, I also did the same notifymes and they all succeeded. I
don't think it's a LDM configuration problem, it's probably a network
problem.  I would try ldmpings to the sites, pings, and traceroutes:

%ldmping -i 5 -h <hostname>

I think that the network connection is so slow that you are timing out.
Let me know the results, if the delays are large contact your network
people. They might have an inside scoop of the status. I would also
restart the LDM, it could be a DNS problems on your end.
