Check that the syntax is correct for the local0 entry. White spaces need
to be tabs. In the ulog directory there are instructions on how to test
the syslog.conf file using logger command.

I never seen this error message before, try doing a ldmping and a notifyme
to psnldm. Also try ping and ftp. Notify the network people of the
problem.

This makes me wonder if the connection is only one way, the ack is not
getting back wxmcidas.
