We only have the binary, and we are not able to distribute it. Our main
developer found some differences between das2ldm_nexrad and pqing. But
since we don't have the source we don't know exactly.

I believe that if you had some raw WSINEXRAD data one could modify pqing
to ingest it. Since all our sites bought the systems from WSI, there is no
need to duplicate the work again.  I suggest you get a programmer to take
a look at it, I don't think it would be that hard to do.
