The LDM will create the /usr/local/ldm/data/gempak/nwx/.... tree
when it FILEs the products from pqact. In this case, you do not have
to create all the subdirectories that the nwx data will be written in to.

The $TEXT_DATA environmental variable will point to
/usr/local/ldm/data/gempak/nwx

One thing you need to be careful with pqact.conf is that the TAB positions
in the file are important. If you download the nwx.tbl file
from the WWW and use the browser's save function- the tab positions will
be preserved in the file as saved to your computer. If you use the xterm
copy and past using the mouse however, you will probably find
that the TAB characters are pasted as white space which removes the
TAB entries- so be careful there.
