If you did a binary install, did you get the Y2K compliant pqact that's in
the directory also? If you did a src install the Y2K changes are already
in the code, so that's not the problem. Did you try to run the satogem
decoder from the command line from LDM home using the parameters used in
the pqact entry but redirecting STDIN, ie
% satogem ... < <rawDataFile>
where the ... are the parameters and <rawDataFile> is a raw data file.
If still no luck, send the pqact entry from pqact.conf with the platform
and os info.
