Hi Steve!

So far, we have no answer to this one.  We are running 5.1.2beta with at
least one 'PIPE -close' entry in pqact.conf with no problem, so we're pretty
confident it does work.

I'm wondering about your environment.  Did you build a new queue?  The data
structures are different in this version, so the old queue won't work.    Let
me know - if this isn't it I'll try some other things.
