Hi Brad,

Well, you're right - I don't see any errors so far.

Please send me a copy of your ldmd.conf file. 

A few other ideas:

Is pqbinstats and pqact in the PATH variable for user 'ldm'?

Is your LDMHOME environment variable set?  If not, try setting it.
