Hi Andrew,

Thanks for the pqact.conf file.  But, what would really help me help you
is if you tell me what's not happening that you want to happen, or what
appears to be broken.  I understand that you want to get hourly data all
the time, and every frame at other times.  Please answer the following
questions:


What appears to be not working?

Are you getting hourly data all the time?

I see that in pqact.conf you have entries for various time periods,
e.g., March 20-31.  I'm guessing this is how you want to get every frame
at specific time periods.  But, every entry is "commented in" in the
file - perhaps you want to comment everything out except for the time
period that applies right now?  Is the problem that you are getting too
much data?
