Very good.  I will setup desmata.ufpa.br to use ntp.pop-pa.rnp.br.  I
am also CCing the NTP administrator for this machine on this email
to inform him/her of the use.

NTP stratum2 should be sufficient, but thank you for the offer.  Also,
I setup desmata.ufpa.br to be able to use ntp.cais.rnp.br as a backup
to ntp.pop-pa.rnp.br.
