20030408: ldm-6.0.10 on FreeBSD 4.7: Error code 1 during protocol make

The above CPPFLAGS setting will probably cause problems because it will
cause the compiler to use older and probably inconsistent header files
from a previous LDM package. This seems to be what happened:

I suggest retrying the build with that "-I" option removed from
CPPFLAGS.
