The above message contained the following:

Is /usr/local/ldm/data on the same disk partition as /usr/local?
Sometimes the "data" subdirectory is actually a symbolic link to another
directory on a different disk partition that isn't backed-up.

If "/usr/local/ldm/bin" is in the PATH of the LDM user, then you should,
as the LDM user, be able to execute any "ldmadmin" command from anywhere.

The above indicates that the product-queue, "/usr/local/ldm/data/ldm.pq"
did not exist. The reason is unknown.

The above indicates that the disk partition that contains
"/usr/local/ldm/data" is full. The reason is unknown. I would check
the log files and also the "/usr/local/ldm/data" directory.

It does no good to start the LDM if the product-queue doesn't exist.
