A listing of the home directory of the LDM user gets printed-out?
That's rather odd.

As long as it's there, however, I would ask "Where's the "runtime" symbolic
link?"  There should be a symbolic link called "runtime" that points
to the "ldm-6.0.14" directory.

Try adding the runtime symbolic link:

    ln -s ldm-6.0.14 runtime
