20050412: broken pipe error while compiling LDM 6.3.0 using GCC on Solaris 8

Interesting.  Looks like there's something wrong with your yacc(1)
utility.

What happens if you go into the "server/" subdirectory and manually
execute the command "yacc conf.y"?
