The permissions on the LDM server are correct.  That it can't access the
product-queue is very bizarre.

Are you willing to recreate the product-queue?  If so, then please try
the following as the LDM user:

    ldmadmin delqueue && ldmadmin mkqueue -f && ldmadmin start
