[LDM #UST-447927]: LDM - LDM 6.4.5 SIGSEGV

I've just learned that about 40% of the packets to idd.cise-nsf.gov are being
lost.  This might be the cause of the dropped connections.  To verify this,
would you please alter your LDM configuration-file to request the NIMAGE
data-products from motherlode.ucar.edu, which has been temporarily
modified to allow that request, and let me know if the disconnections
persist or stop.
