[LDM #BUA-343681]: LDM usage

We've learned that a relay-only LDM with sufficient memory is extremely 
efficient -- especially if the product-queue file is in a ramdisk partition.  
Some of our relay-only LDM-s send to over a hundred downstream LDM-s.
