[IDD #FHI-351521]: PQACT.conf sending to folder

Haven't had this question before.

From my reading of a section of the code that I've never investigated, this 
should work for the pathname: "/mnt/yosemite/TEMP/AWINDS/Webcams/Crater Hill 
Webcam/\3\4" (i.e., enclose the pathname in quotes instead of escaping the 
spaces).

Please let me know if this works.
