[LDM #GJO-292105]: LDM Couldn't Exec Decoders Error

Chris,

> I'm having trouble with decoding LDM data for use with Gempak. The ldmd.log
> show that almost all of the LDM data errors out with:
> Couldn't exec(decoders/<dc name>): No such file or directory. All of the
> decoders in question are located in the NAWIPS/os/linux64/bin.
> As the LDM user I can access and execute the decoders in the Gempak directory.
>
> LDM data is stored in the LDM's home/var/data directory. Once the LDM is

The pqact process can't find the decoders because the directory that contains
them (NAWIPS/os/linux64/bin) isn't in the PATH environment variable.
