[LDM #MSO-599919]: LDM 6.11.5: Problem with ldmd.conf

Odd. I thought I did a "sudo make root-actions".

Verify that "~/ldm-6.11.5/bin/ldmd" is owned by "root" and setuid. If it is, 
then things are OK.
