[LDM #FPM-496740]: gempak decoders failing

Hi David,

I tried logging in to your machine as 'ldm' using the password that
you provided, and four times in a row I got a permission denied
message.  The fifth time, the SSH attempt seemed to hang for awhile
(more than a minute, but I am not sure exactly how long), and then
I got a 'Connection closed by' message.  Subsequent SSH attempts
resulted in:

% ssh address@hidden
ssh: connect to host twister.esci.millersville.edu port 22: Connection refused
% ssh address@hidden
ssh: connect to host twister.esci.millersville.edu port 22: Connection refused
% ssh address@hidden
ssh: connect to host twister.esci.millersville.edu port 22: Connection refused

The change in messages suggests to me that there is an adaptive firewall
rule that kicked in to block SSH connections from the machine I was coming
from:

abbott.unidata.ucar.edu (128.117.156.43)
