[LDM #ICF-841424]: FreeBSD 10.3 patches for ldm-6.13.4

Interesting. The autoconf(1) AC_DEFINE() macro sets the value of its target
macro to "1", by default, when executed -- but, apparently, it doesn't in the
"confdefs.h" test-file that it creates for the test. Tisk, tisk.

I've modified the file "configure.ac" appropriately. This problem shouldn't
occur in the next release.
