Yes.  It seems that your hostname was not fully qualified when you
built the LDM, so your ~ldm/etc/registry.xml file has a value for
<hostname></hostname> that is not fully qualified.

Your options at this point are to either run 'regutil' to set the
hostname in ~ldm/etc/registry.xml, or edit the file directly and
setup the <hostname></hostname> value to a fully qualified one.
