[Miscellaneous #WDH-540558]: Validating File Transmission

A data-product is transferred from one LDM to another via a single ONC RPC
call over a TCP connection; thus, the correctness/completeness of the
transfer is as correct and complete as the TCP connection.

As far as we know, no successful transfer has been shown to be incorrect
or incomplete.

The data-product signature (i.e., MD5 checksum) is only used by the LDM to
detect duplicate products: it isn't used to verify a product. That job is
done by the TCP checksum in the individual packets.
