[LDM #OXJ-933917]: LDM pqing setting xon/xoff



Hey Bill,

pqing(1) doesn't have the capability of disabling xon/off. I'll see about
adding it.

Can you rebuild the LDM if I send you a few replacement files?

What the heck are you guys ingesting, anyway? :-)
