[LDM #HQM-348302]: inconsistent files

That's definitely quirky!

Nothing leaps to mind as to how this could be happening.

The pqact(1) FILE actions don't have the "-overwrite" option -- so every 
matching product will be appended to the file. That doesn't explain why the 
files would have different sizes on the two systems, however. Also, any 
duplicate product will be rejected by the product-queue because its MD5 
checksum would match an already existing product.

Do the contents of the files show what's happening? Do they contain a single 
product or multiple products?

No changes from 6.13.4 to 6.13.6 would account for this.
