[IDD #RKL-664278]: Latency/Bandwidth issues from idd.unidata ?

Hi Daryl and Pete,

> Pete, do you have `enable-anti-DOS` enabled for your LDMs?

The anti-DOS feature controls the behavior of an *upstream* LDM. When it's
enabled in the registry, an upstream LDM will disconnect a previously-existing
request for the same data from the same downstream site if such a connection
exists. This can cause problems for multiple downstream LDMs that are behind a
NAT device making identical requests to an upstream site because the connection
attempts will appears to be from the same downstream site.

This doesn't appear to be your situation.

The anti-DOS feature is enabled by default.

Regards,
Steve Emmerson
